Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your LuxIdara Hair. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a request.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, hair products and beauty items cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed hair
- Opened hair packages or altered bundles
- Final sale / discounted items (if marked final sale)
- Customized items (coloring, custom orders, special requests)
Exchanges
If you need a different product, length, or color, please email us first. Exchanges are approved only if the item is eligible and in unused condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit once approved.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@luxidarahair.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Approved returns are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Store Credit Option
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund (example: late requests, special situations, or partial issues).
